The Power and Beauty of Choral Singing

Symphony Chorus of New Orleans (SCNO) is an all-volunteer chorus that has provided superlative choral music to the greater New Orleans area for more than 35 years. In addition to local productions of choral masterworks like Handel’s Messiah and Orff’s Carmina Burana, SCNO has also appeared in New York’s Carnegie Hall performing the Fauré Requiem (2007), Dvorak Te Deum and Memley Magnificat (2015).
